During its first calendar year as NBAA members, JETPUBS has taken full advantage of the organization’s line up of events and exhibitions, finding conferences such as Schedulers and Dispatchers, the Leadership Conference, Maintenance Management Conference, and Regional Forums of great value in understanding how business aviation operations interact with their manuals.
In June, JETPUBS will attend the Regional Forum in Teterboro, NJ and the Flight Attendants/Flight Technicians Conference in Tucson, AZ to further assist charter operators with manuals and training materials. Specifically, at the Flight Attendants/Flight Technicians conference, where inflight crews are equipped with tools that “get the job done,” JETPUBS seeks to share its own tools for helping senior flight attendants and inflight training managers focus on customer service and administering high-quality training. By handling the printing and development of inflight training materials, along with the maintaining of flight attendant manuals, JETPUBS will help operators focus on their core areas of business and allow them to excel at what they do best: providing excellent inflight service.
