What’s your company’s fastest-growing expense?
Awesome humans (salary and benefits)! We just completed implementation of a great new benefits package that allows each of our people to select the best benefits for their family and situation. As a small company, this is a great addition to what we offer our team, allowing us to compete more competitively with bigger company compensation packages.
What’s your strategy to hire enough qualified workers to keep up with growth?
We have a hiring plan that we revisit and adjust accordingly. We do a lot of prospecting from word-of-mouth referrals and LinkedIn. Our culture and office atmosphere have some unique elements such that the right people tend to be drawn to joining us.
What do you expect your 2016 revenue to be?
We have set our goal at $4 million.
