In the final three chapters, David provides an accounting of his experience, over the last twenty years, of the subtler and often more profound effects that come from implementing these basic principles. He goes on to talk about how people will begin to trust you in a unique way once they notice how your able to process everything in an airtight manner.
I was shocked to learn that many of the negative feelings I have come from broken agreements I have made with myself. I really did think the negative feelings came from just having too much to do and not enough time to do it in, but really that is not true. So to avoid those negative feelings, I must avoid breaking agreements with myself. To do so I either have to not make the agreement, complete the agreement, or renegotiate the agreement.
