You may reset your password at any time by going to the login screen at http://app.jetpubs.com/ and clicking the “I forgot my Password” link. On the following page, enter the e-mail address associated with your account and click the “Submit” button. You will then receive an email with a new temporary password and detailed instructions for resetting your password.

Please ensure that you have reset your password and accepted the Terms and Conditions via our website prior to accessing the app. Detailed instructions for setting up your account may be found in your welcome e-mail.

  2. Re-download these manuals by tapping on their titles while connected to Wi-Fi.

If you are listed as an iPad user only, you will not have access to download publications via the JETPUBS website, and consequently will have no tasks assigned to you.

Unfortunately, no. Your e-mail address is what defines your user account, so if you already have a JETPUBS account associated with a particular e-mail address, you will have to use another e-mail address to set up a new account. Contact your organization’s administrator to set up a new account.

The JETPUBS iPad app is specifically designed so that publications cannot be exported from the app and printed. This is to help ensure revision control.

You can download a publication to your iPad for viewing offline by tapping the manual title from the JETPUBS app’s home screen and waiting until the download is complete before disconnecting from Wi-Fi or closing the app. Similarly, you may download all publications to your iPad for offline viewing by tapping “Update All” and allowing the download of all manuals to complete before disconnecting from Wi-Fi or closing the app.

The iPad app has a lockout feature that requires you to log in with Wi-Fi after a specified number of days to help ensure you are aware of any updates to your manuals. Simply log in to the JETPUBS app with Wi-Fi and the timer will reset, allowing you to log in without Wi-Fi for the specified number of days.

To test this feature, simply log into the app with Wi-Fi, then log out, disconnect your iPad from Wi-Fi, then log into the app again. You’ll see a notification of how many days are left before lockout.

Connect to Wi-Fi again to reset the countdown.

After logging in via our website to accept the terms and conditions, you must also log into the JETPUBS app while connected to Wi-Fi in order to download your manuals to the iPad. Close the JETPUBS application, ensure your iPad is connected to Wi-Fi, then reopen the JETPUBS app and log in.

At this time, the JETPUBS app does not accept some special characters that the website does. Changing your password to one that includes numbers instead of special characters should correct the issue. See How do I reset my password?
