  • Sarah Anderson

    Sarah Anderson

    Training Materials Specialist

    Sarah has a BA in Philosophy, Art, and Art History from Macalester College, a MA in Anthropology and Linguistics from the University of Minnesota, and a JD from The University of Missouri. She has over 20 years of experience in customer service/customer relations in public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Sarah loves spending time outdoors with her daughter, working out with friends, and doing the numerous house and yard projects associated with her lovely 93-year-old home. Sarah enjoys the opportunity of talking to new people every day, helping them solve their problems, and getting them the things they need to make their jobs easier and more pleasant.

    Larissa Fildes

    Director of Operations

    Larissa has been with JETPUBS since 2005 with previous experience in sales, marketing, and management. She has been the Director of Operations since 2011 and since then has worked hard to cultivate an environment that provides the highest standards of quality and customer service. Her education includes a B.S. in Marketing Communications from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls. Her hobbies include running, traveling, cooking, and taking care of her playful dog Oliver. Larissa loves the challenge of translating customer’s wishes and needs into the services JETPUBS provides.

    Wally Hines

    Director of Standards

    Wally’s aviation background includes a B.S. in Aeronautical Studies from the University of North Dakota, followed by various flying positions ranging from flight instruction, traffic reports, aerial photography, and fire patrol for the Department of Natural Resources. He has flown for three regional airlines and, since 1996, has been a pilot for Sun Country Airlines flying the B727, DC10, and currently, the B737NG. He has been at JETPUBS since 2001 and is one of its founders. Wally’s hobbies include running, music, and traveling. What Wally loves most about his job is that he can help customers make their lives easier each and every day.

    Diane Halweg

    Director of Manuals Development

    Diane has a Bachelors of Business/Technology from the University of Phoenix. She spent five years as an Administrative Assistant and eight years as a Desktop Publisher in the airline industry before coming to JETPUBS in 2011. Diane owned and operated a flower shop for ten years and still loves to spend time gardening. She also enjoys cooking and playing golf with her husband. Diane loves the teamwork atmosphere at JETPUBS and loves personally taking excellent care of her customers.

    David Frank

    Jetstream Intake Coordinator

    David has a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls. Since graduating David has spent time working in education and customer service. He is an avid reader who enjoys watching and participating in live theater. David loves meeting new people and coming up with creative ideas to solve problems.

    Larry Knott

    Graphic Arts Manager

    Larry has a degree in Technical Art and Illustration from the Willmar Minnesota Technical College. He spent 20 years designing graphics for the aviation industry before coming to JETPUBS in 2009. In his spare time, Larry indulges in outdoor activities such as camping, hunting, and fishing. Larry loves the aspect of taking two-dimensional drawings and elevating them to the look and feel of three-dimensional objects for JETPUBS customers.

    Rochelle Johnson

    Client Care and Marketing Coordinator

    Rochelle graduated from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls with a B.S. in Marketing Communications. Her background includes client care in the education industry. In her spare time, she loves bargain hunting, sewing, and engaging in stimulating conversations about values. Rochelle loves how her job at JETPUBS blends her passions for creativity and for investing in people.
